Our little shop, number 37, sits right on Tejpal Road over in Vile Parle East. You probably know where Dinanath Hall is, well, we are right opposite that. It's a convenient spot near Rajpura Kanika Garden. Namdev Estate Consultant has been operating from this same corner for quite some time now. We aren't a big fancy firm with a lot of secretaries. It's mostly just us handling the day-to-day property questions that come our way. People in the neighborhood know they can just walk in and have a chat. We know the buildings on this road and the surrounding streets pretty well. Things move fast in Vile Parle, but we try to keep a steady pace. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded in the shop with all the files, but we manage just fine. We don't spend much on big ads. Most folks find us because they live nearby or they’ve seen our sign while walking to the garden. It’s a local business through and through. We deal with renting, buying, and the usual stuff you’d expect from an estate office. If you're passing by Dinanath Hall, you'll see us. It’s nothing special to look at, just a practical space where we help people figure out their housing needs without any fuss or complicated talk. We keep the shop open most days and someone is usually here to answer the phone if we aren't out looking at a site. We try to be here whenever people need us.
