We are located in Room No 749 in Adarsh Nagar. If you are looking for us, we’re on Pharruwal Road in New Andheri West. The easiest way to find the building is to look for Cafe Shimla, as we are right opposite it. The room itself is quite small and we have it packed with everything we need for the day. Being in Adarsh Nagar means we are right in the middle of a very crowded and lively part of Andheri. There’s always music or the sound of rickshaws coming from the street. We deal with estates and properties mostly in this local patch. It’s not a big corporate setup. It’s more like a neighborhood office where you can come in and ask about what’s for rent. We keep our records in some old folders and a laptop that has seen better days. Sometimes we grab a coffee from across the street at the cafe when things get slow. We don't have any big mission statements. We just show up every morning and see who needs help with their housing situation. People find us because of the location and because we’ve been here in room 749 for a while. It’s a bit cramped when more than two people visit at once, but we make it work. It’s just a regular local office doing regular work for the people who live around Pharruwal Road.
