We have been working out of Ambica Nagar Society for quite some time now. Dealing with property in Mumbai is always a bit of a headache, but we stay busy with it every single day. We know the streets around Ambica Nagar pretty well because we live and work right here ourselves. Sometimes the paperwork takes forever and things get stuck with the authorities, but that’s just how it goes in the real estate world. We try to keep things simple for everyone involved. There’s always someone calling our phone about a flat or a shop space that might be opening up soon. We don't promise anything fancy or impossible, just whatever is actually available on the market right now. It's a lot of walking around the blocks and talking to building owners. If you see us out and about, that's usually what we're doing. Mumbai is a huge city, but we stick to what we know best in this specific part of town. It’s a local operation and we like it that way.
