If you are looking for us, we are located on the second floor of Ahfajo House. It’s right behind the Citibank in Nariman Point, which is a busy part of the city. The address is 9 Mody Street, at the corner of 2nd Gunbo Street. This building has been here for a long time and it shows its age a bit, but we like it. We handle real estate matters, mostly focusing on the commercial spaces around this area. Nariman Point is always rushing, but our office stays relatively quiet once you get past the main doors. It’s mostly just us surrounded by files and property maps. We spend a lot of time walking to different buildings to check out spaces for clients. The stairs can be a bit of a climb, but we are used to it by now. We don’t do any of that high-pressure sales talk. We just show what is available and tell you the rent or the price. It’s straightforward. Dealing with property in Mumbai is never simple with all the paperwork involved, so we just try to get it done as clearly as we can. We've seen many companies come and go in this neighborhood, but we have stayed put at this office. It is a practical space for a practical business. We don't have fancy furniture, just enough desks for everyone and a place to keep the files organized.
