N.N.Impex

You can find N.N.Impex over in Dadar West, specifically in Room No. 20 of the Sarvodaya Trust Building on Gokhale Road. It’s a busy area, as you might expect, and finding a spot to park is almost impossible most days. The building itself has been around for a long time and has that old Mumbai feel to it. Our office is small—just a room, really—but it fits everything we need. There’s a couple of desks, some filing cabinets that are getting a bit too full, and a lot of samples sitting around. We handle things as they come in. It’s usually just a few of us here, so when the phone rings, whoever is closest picks it up. We don’t have any fancy brochures or a marketing department. Word of mouth is usually how people find us. Gokhale Road is always noisy, so we’ve gotten used to the sound of traffic and people outside. Sometimes we have tea brought in from the stall downstairs while we go through the daily logs. It’s not a glamorous setup, but it’s where we do our business and it works for us. We try to be honest with everyone we deal with and just do a good job so they come back. That’s really all there is to it at our little office in Dadar. We've been here for years and hope to stay a lot longer.
