We’ve been here at Shop No 2 A in Manish Shopping Centre for quite a while now. Most people around Andheri West just know us as N. Mohan Estate Consultants. It’s a small place, nothing fancy, but it gets the job done when someone is looking for a flat or needs to figure out some shop space. We spend most of our mornings dealing with paperwork or answering the phone. The office is usually a bit cluttered with files because there’s always something to keep track of in this neighborhood. Real estate in Mumbai moves fast, so we try to keep up with who is moving where. Sometimes neighbors just drop by for a quick chat about the local market prices. We don't really do big advertisements or anything like that. Most of the people who come in found out about us through someone else they know. It’s just how things work here. You can find us right there in Andheri, usually someone is in the office from the morning until the evening. If the door is open, feel free to walk in. We might be busy with a client or on a call, but we will get to you. It’s a straightforward business. We show what’s available, talk about the rent or the sale price, and handle the bits and pieces in between. Dealing with property can be a headache, so we just try to make it a bit simpler for people around here. It is just us in here most days, making sure the papers are in order and people find a place to stay.
