N D Real Estate is based over at Daudi Mansion within the Gamadia Compound. It’s an older building with some character to it. We like being tucked away in this part of the city. Our day usually starts early with phone calls and checking on different listings we have. Real estate is a bit of a rollercoaster, so things are rarely quiet for long. The Gamadia Compound has its own feel, separate from the main road noise. Daudi Mansion is a place many people know if they’ve lived around here for a long time. We don’t spend much on decorations or big signs. Most people find us through word of mouth or because they saw our address. We deal with all sorts of properties, some big and some very small. It really depends on what’s available that month. We try to be helpful when people come in with questions. We aren’t some huge firm with branches everywhere. It’s just this one office where we handle our business. Sometimes it gets a bit dusty with all the old files, but that’s part of the charm of an old mansion office. We know the local landlords and the people looking for a place to stay. It’s a simple setup and it suits us just fine. We plan on staying in Daudi Mansion for the foreseeable future. There is a lot of history in these walls and we are glad to be part of the current story.
