My Home Estate Agency

My Home Estate Agency is located at 4/C in the Poonam Darshan building on Murar Road. We are right in the Chakala area. Finding a home in Mumbai can be a real headache for people, so we started this agency to help out. Our office is a small room on the ground floor where we keep all our listings and keys. It’s nothing fancy. There are some old files on the shelves and a few chairs for when clients come in to talk. Chakala is a very crowded place and Murar Road is always busy with people walking to work or the shops. We spend a lot of our time walking around the different societies in Poonam Darshan and the nearby buildings. We know which flats have good sunlight and which ones have plumbing issues. We don't use any high-pressure sales tactics because that’s not how we like to be treated. We just show people what’s available and let them decide. Sometimes we stay late waiting for someone to finish their work so they can see a flat. It’s a lot of running around and answering phone calls at odd hours. But we’ve been here for years and we like being part of the community. We aren't a big franchise with offices everywhere. We are just a local team that knows this specific neighborhood really well. We help with the paperwork too when things get moving.
