Muskan Properties

We are over at 8 Andheri East Main Road, right in Aiysa Sadan. Most people know the area because we’re near Sevenhills Hospital. It’s a crowded part of town, especially with the traffic on the main road, but it keeps things interesting. Muskan Properties is just a small outfit. We don't have a huge team or a polished lobby. It’s mostly just us answering the phone and trying to help people find a decent roof over their heads in Andheri. Sometimes the office gets a bit noisy from the street outside. We’ve been here for a bit now, so we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the place. We don't spend much on advertising or anything fancy. People usually find us because they live nearby or they're walking past the hospital and see our board. We deal with whatever comes our way, whether it's a small flat or something else. It is straightforward work. We wake up, come to the office, and talk to people about property. It is not glamorous, but it is what we do. The building, Aiysa Sadan, is easy enough to find if you're looking for it. We try to stay organized but with so many things happening at once in Andheri, it can be a bit of a challenge sometimes. Just a local shop doing local things. We usually have the fan running and the door open to catch whatever breeze there is.
