Mumbai Masala Restaurant Private Limited is based out of the Navjeevan Society. This is a big complex over on Dr D B road. We are way up on the 9th floor, in unit 24. Living and working at this height in Mumbai gives you a different view of the chaos below. The 400008 area is usually buzzing with activity at all hours. Navjeevan Society is one of those places that has been around for a while. It’s a mix of different people and businesses. To get to us, you have to navigate the elevators, which can be a bit slow during the lunch rush. The address itself is pretty easy to find once you are on Dr D B road. It’s a crowded street, so parking is basically impossible most days. We are right in the middle of everything. It’s not the quietest place to have an office, but that’s Mumbai for you. We spend our days here dealing with the usual restaurant management stuff. The walls are a bit thin, so you hear the neighbors sometimes. It’s a practical location for staying connected to the rest of the city. We don't have a big sign outside or anything. Most people just know where we are because they’ve been coming to this society for years. It’s a sturdy building, even if the lobby looks like it’s seen better days. That’s just how it is for us.
