My office is located in Mulund West. Specifically, I am at B/102 on the first floor of the Neera Givind CHS Ltd. It is a residential building, but we have our workspace here too. We are right opposite the Bank of India, which is a big landmark in this part of Mulund. It makes it very easy for people to find the place when they are coming for a meeting. The building is quiet for the most part, except for the usual sounds of the neighborhood. I have been working from this spot for quite a while now. The office is not very big. It has enough room for my desk, some filing cabinets, and a place for guests to sit down. I handle various professional matters here. It is a lot of paperwork and talking to clients. I like the fact that it is a local setup. I can see the bank from my window and watch people coming and going all day. The first-floor location is convenient because you don't always have to wait for the lift if you are in a hurry. Most of the people who come here are from the local Mulund area. We usually end up talking about local news or the weather before we get into business. It is a very relaxed environment. There is no corporate pressure here, just me doing my work and helping out whoever walks through the door.
