Mts Tooling is based at A-57 in the Giriraj Industrial Estate. We’re right off Mahakali Caves Road in Andheri-East. If you know the area, you know it’s always packed with traffic and people moving around. Our shop is just one of many in the estate. We’ve been here for a good stretch of time. Inside, you’ll find the usual setup for a tooling place. There are bits of metal, oil on the floor, and the sound of machines running pretty much all day long. We make tools and parts that other businesses need to keep their own factories going. It’s not the kind of thing you see in a shiny magazine. It’s greasy and loud, but that’s how tools get made. The guys here have been doing this for years. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations or marketing stuff. Most of our day is spent reading blueprints and checking tolerances on the machines. Sometimes the heat in Andheri gets to be a lot, especially in the middle of the afternoon, but we just keep the shutters open and keep working. People know us for being practical and just getting the job done. We don't make big promises, we just try to make sure the tools are right before they leave the door. That's life for us at Giriraj. It is simple work but we take it seriously and keep the machines humming along.
