M.S.M. Real Estate

You can find M.S.M. Real Estate at Shop No. 5 in the Sarvodya Society. We are located near IIT Mumbai at Survey No 87/1. It’s a nice little spot in a quiet society. Our shop is quite simple. We have a desk, a few chairs for visitors, and a lot of files. We’ve been here for a while and we know the local property market around the IIT campus very well. It’s not a big corporate office with glass walls. It’s just a regular shop where we do our work. We spend most of our time talking to people about houses and shops in the area. We don't have a big marketing team or anything fancy like that. It is just a few of us who handle everything. We like being part of the Sarvodya Society. It’s a friendly place and we know our neighbors. Sometimes we are out on the field looking at sites, so the shop might be closed for an hour or two. We don't use any high-pressure sales tactics. We just show the properties and give the facts. Most of our clients are people from around here or people who work at the university. We keep things straightforward and honest. We don't have a polished website or big billboards. We just rely on our reputation in the local community. It’s a decent way to work and we enjoy meeting all the different people who come by.
