We’re over at 207 Crystal Center in Raheja Vihar, Powai. Msh Sarees has been operating from here for a bit. Powai is a nice area with a lot of greenery, though the traffic near Crystal Center can be a headache sometimes. Our space is where we manage the saree collections. It’s mostly just shelves and desks. We don’t have a flashy showroom here; it’s more about the back-end stuff. We spend a lot of time checking the weaves and the colors of the fabric. Some days are slow, just doing inventory, and other days are a total mess with sarees being unfolded everywhere. We aren’t a giant corporation with thousands of employees. It’s just a small group of us who know about sarees. We like the neighborhood because it’s a bit more relaxed than the city center. We usually grab lunch at one of the small places nearby. There’s nothing too fancy about how we run things. We just make sure the orders are correct and the samples are checked. It’s honest work. We’ve been here long enough that the security guards know us by name. It’s just a regular office life in Powai. We open up in the morning, deal with the courier guys, and try to stay organized among all the fabric. It is a bit of a squeeze sometimes, but we make it work. We just keep the routine going and stay on top of the paperwork every day.
