Ms Meena Rajesh Singh

I am Meena Rajesh Singh and I run my small operations out of Room No 14 in the Laxman Wadali Chawl. This is located right inside the Dangat Ind Estate in Kurla West. If you know the area, you know it is always humming with people and machines. My workspace isn't some high-rise office with glass windows, it is just a simple room where I handle my daily tasks and talk to people who drop by. Living and working here means being part of the local community. I see the same faces every morning when I open up. The chawl gets quite lively, especially during the afternoons when everyone is moving around. Most of the time, I am just sitting at my desk keeping track of things. It can get a bit dusty because of the industrial estate surroundings, but that is just how Kurla is. I have been at this address for a long time now. People usually find me by asking the tea stall nearby or just following the signs for the estate. It is a humble place, truly. I don’t have a big staff or anything, it is mostly just me making sure everything goes right. Sometimes the electricity acts up or it gets a bit loud outside, but we manage just fine. It’s a practical way to live and work. I don't see any reason to move when everything I need is right here in this room. My life is tied to this chawl and the estate now.
