M/S Biba Apparels Pvt. Ltd

Our office is at House Number 612 in Mumbai. M/S Biba Apparels Pvt. Ltd has been around for a long time, but at this location, it’s just us doing the daily grind. Mumbai is a loud city, and 400036 is a busy area to be in. We deal with ethnic wear and women’s clothing mostly. The rooms are full of racks and hangers. It’s not like those fancy stores you see in the malls. This is where the actual work happens. We check the stitching, make sure the colors are right, and pack things into plastic bags. My desk is covered in half-empty tea cups and old invoices. We have a few staff members who have been with us since the beginning. They know exactly how I like things done. Sometimes we get orders that are too big for us to handle quickly, and we all have to stay late and help with the packing. It’s hard work on your feet all day. We don’t have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just want to make sure that the clothes we send out don’t have loose threads. We have been in this house for years and the neighborhood has changed a lot, but we just keep doing what we know. It is a simple business at the end of the day.
