Mrjd Design & Engineering Private Limited

We run Mrjd Design & Engineering Private Limited from Jinde Niwas. It is a small place, Room Number 4 to be exact, in Tirandaz Village. If you know where the IIT Main Gate in Powai is, then we are right across from it. Mumbai 400067 is a busy area, especially with all the students and traffic near the college. Being in a village pocket like Tirandaz gives us a bit of a different perspective than being in a high-rise. It is a bit cramped sometimes in Room 4, but we make it work. Design and engineering require a lot of focus, and even with the noise from the street, we manage to stay on track. We have got our computers set up and plans spread out on the tables. It is not a fancy office with a receptionist. Usually, one of us just opens the door if someone knocks. Being near the IIT gate is handy for landmarks. People always know where that is. We spend a lot of time here, sometimes late into the evening when projects are due. The walk from the IIT gate over to Room 4 only takes a minute. We see the same tea stall owners every day. Jinde Niwas isn't the newest building on the block, but it is sturdy and keeps us dry when the monsoon hits. We have got our routine down, from the morning cleanup to the late-night sessions.
