We are tucked away in Shop No. 8 at Agni Chamber. It’s near the Santosh Nagar Bus Depot on Film City Road, which is a really active part of town. The area is always moving, especially with the buses coming and going all day. Dipl is basically a small operation. We do our work from this little shop and try to stay on top of everything that comes our way. It’s not a huge space, so we have to be smart about how we use it. Often, there’s a lot of coming and going with deliveries and people dropping by. We don’t have a big corporate setup. It’s just us sitting at our desks, handling the daily tasks. Sometimes the noise from the bus depot gets a bit loud, but you get used to it after a week or two. We’ve been in this spot for a while and the locals know where to find us. We handle a variety of things depending on what our customers need. It’s practical work. We aren't doing anything flashy. Most days involve a lot of checking lists and making sure the equipment is running right. We try to keep the shop open consistent hours so people can rely on us.
