Mr Suhas Patkar

You’ll find my office at 1303 in Motinagar Society, which is quite close to the Esic Bhavan in Lower Parel. Being in this part of the city means it’s always crowded and there’s always something going on outside the window. I’ve been working from this space for a good while now. It’s just a regular room with my books and files scattered around. People usually come by when they have questions or need some help with their specific problems. I don't really do the whole corporate thing with suits and big presentations. Usually, it's just me sitting across from someone, listening to what they need. Lower Parel has changed so much with all the new buildings, but this corner feels familiar. I spend a lot of time reading through documents or making calls. My neighbors in the society are used to seeing people come and go from my unit. It’s not a flashy setup. I have a desk, a couple of chairs, and a lot of tea throughout the day. I prefer keeping things simple and direct. If someone needs help, they know where to find me. I don't have a fancy website or a big staff. It’s just a one-man show mostly, dealing with the daily tasks that come my way. Living and working in the same general area makes things easier, even with the Mumbai traffic. I just try to get things done right the first time.
