We are located in Tower 6 at the World Trade Centre, specifically on the mezzanine floor in Office 4. It’s a pretty well-known spot over on Sadhu T L Vaswani Marg in Cuffe Parade. Being in the World Trade Centre sounds more grand than it actually feels when you are just sitting in the office doing daily work. Our space is tucked away on that middle level between floors. It’s a bit of a walk through the lobby to get to us, but we have a nice view of the hallway. Most days are spent on the phone or typing out emails. We don't really do the whole corporate suit thing unless we absolutely have to. Usually, it’s just casual clothes and a lot of coffee. The office is small but it fits what we need. We handle property solutions for people all over Mumbai City, but we stay rooted here in South Mumbai. The air conditioning is always running because it gets quite stuffy in the mezzanine area. Sometimes we step outside for some fresh air near the gate and see all the different people coming and going from the big towers. It’s a quiet corner for us to focus on our tasks. There isn't much flash to what we do, just a lot of checking documents and making sure numbers match up for our clients.
