Moyal Constructions is situated at 9 Malad Shankarseth Road. We are in the Gultekdi area, specifically inside Gopal Bhavan, which is right near the Shaker Mandir. It’s a well-known spot for folks in this part of town. Being near the Mandir means there’s always people around. Gopal Bhavan is an older building, but it’s where we keep all our files and stuff. Moyal Constructions isn’t a big fancy developer. We are just a local outfit. Most of our day is spent out on different sites, but 9 Malad Shankarseth Road is our home base. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs to get to our office. The room is small and usually filled with blueprints and coffee cups. Gultekdi is a busy neighborhood, so there is always noise from the street coming through the windows. We don't have a receptionist or anything. If you come by, you might have to wait a bit if we are on the phone. We’ve stayed at Gopal Bhavan because it’s central. We know the roads around Malad Shankarseth Road like the back of our hands. It’s not a polished corporate office. It’s just where we do the planning and the paperwork. We like being near Shaker Mandir because it makes us easy to find. We just do our work and try to keep things simple. It works for us and our small team.
