MOVOTO REALTORS PRIVATE LIMITED is based over on Altamount Road in Cumballa Hill. We are on the 8th floor of the Shrikunj Building, specifically at 8-B. This part of Mumbai is quite famous and has a lot of history. The road outside is often lined with cars and it can be a bit of a walk if you aren't used to the slope. Our office is a simple place where we manage our property business. We spend most of our time here looking at maps and talking to folks who are interested in the local market. Being in the 400026 area means we see a lot of the older side of the city mixed with some really tall new buildings. Our team is small and we don’t really go in for big marketing campaigns. We just focus on the work that needs to be done. The view from the 8th floor is alright, though we are usually too busy with files to look out the window much. It’s a lot of coordinating between different people and making sure the details are right. We’ve been in Shrikunj for a while and the staff in the building know us well. It’s a steady sort of life here. We don't try to be anything we aren't. We just provide a place where real estate gets handled without a lot of fuss or unnecessary noise. It’s just how we operate every day.
