Mohini Fast Food

We are over here on Powai 2nd Main Road, right near the West Of Chord Road section in the Rajajinagar Industrial Estate area. It gets pretty loud outside with all the trucks and people moving around all day. This isn't a fancy place with soft chairs or anything like that. We mostly just focus on getting the food out fast because people are usually on their lunch break and don't have much time to sit and talk. The kitchen stays hot from the morning until we close up at night. Sometimes the order tickets pile up and it gets a bit chaotic behind the counter but we manage to get through it somehow. You will see us wiping down the metal tables a lot because things get messy quickly when it is busy. We have some regulars who come in every single day and they usually just nod at us and we know what they want to eat without them saying a word. It is a simple setup we have here. Nothing is too complicated about how we run things. We just cook what we know and try to keep the floors swept. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit or the water delivery is late but that is just how it goes in this part of town. We are just a small spot among many others in the industrial estate trying to do our daily work.
