Mohan Kohojkar

We are over here in Borivali at the Shivchhaya Society. Most people know the area because of Suvidhya School, which is just down Eksar Road from us. Mohan Kohojkar has been running things from C-101 for a while now. It is a quiet enough spot most of the morning, but once the school lets out, the whole street gets pretty busy. We just go about our day-to-day work inside the apartment. It is not some fancy corporate office with glass walls or anything like that. It is just a regular place where we get things done. Sometimes the neighbors pop in to say hello. Living and working in the same neighborhood makes things easier. You get to know the local shopkeepers and the guys at the tea stall. We don't have a big sign outside or anything. Usually, people just find us by looking for the society gate. Borivali has changed a lot over the years, with new buildings going up and the roads getting wider, but our corner feels more or less the same. We handle our business matters without much fuss. If you are walking down from the station, it takes about ten or fifteen minutes depending on how fast you walk. We like being part of this community. It feels right to be near the school and the local markets. There is always something happening on Eksar Road, even if it is just a small argument over parking or someone moving house.
