We are located at 218 in the Hill View Industrial Estate. If you know Amrut Nagar Road in Ghatkopar, you know it gets pretty crowded around here. Modi Vittles Pvt.Ltd. is basically a group of us working in this space, dealing with food supplies and all that. The industrial estate has been here for years, and it shows, but it’s a good spot for what we do. It’s always busy with people moving crates and vans trying to find a place to park. Inside our unit, it’s mostly about managing the stock and making sure everything is stored properly. We don’t have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. You just walk in and see the desks and the storage area right there. It can get a bit hectic during the middle of the week when deliveries come in. We try to keep things organized, but sometimes boxes pile up. The air smells like whatever we are processing that day. Ghatkopar is a lively place, and being on Amrut Nagar Road means we are right in the middle of the local noise. We’ve been here long enough that we know most of the other folks in the building. We don’t have some big corporate strategy. We just show up, check what needs to go out, and get it done before the day ends. It’s just how we run things here and it seems to get the job done for everyone involved.
