You can find us at Stall Number 35 on V S Khandekar Marg in Vile Parle East. We are directly opposite Dinanath Natyagruh, which is a big theater that everyone in the area knows. Being in a stall means we are right there on the street, close to the people. It’s a small space, but it’s perfect for a place like Modak Estate Consultancy. We spend our days chatting with people about real estate and giving them advice on what to do with their properties. Vile Parle is a lively place, especially with the theater crowds coming and going. It gets noisy, but we like the energy of the street. We aren't a big, fancy firm with a lobby and a receptionist. It is just a straightforward setup where you can walk up and talk to us. We’ve been here for a long time, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. People come to us because they want a local perspective, not a corporate sales pitch. We know who is looking for a place and who wants to sell. It is mostly about being part of the community and knowing the market here. We just sit at Stall 35 and do our bit every day.
