Mitual Estate Agency

Our office is tucked away in Kandivali East, specifically at B 7 in the Shetrunji Apartment building. We are right behind the State Bank of India branch, which is how most people find their way to Mitual Estate Agency. Sahak is a quiet enough area, and we like being part of this community. As an agency, our day is mostly filled with paperwork and phone calls. We aren't a massive company with hundreds of employees. It is just us doing what we know best in this corner of the city. We’ve seen many families move in and out of the apartments around here over the years. We handle buying, selling, and renting for locals. It’s honest work and keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. The office itself is pretty basic, but it has everything we need to get the job done. We don’t go for flashy marketing or big promises. Usually, someone’s neighbor tells them about us, and they walk in to ask a few questions about a flat. We know the streets and the buildings in Kandivali East like the back of our hand. If someone needs to find a place or get rid of one, they come see us. We sit behind our desks, drink a bit of tea, and try to make sure everything goes smoothly for the people who walk in. It’s just how we do things here, and we plan to keep it that way.
