Mini Melts

We are tucked away in B-14 of the Kailash Complex over on the Vikhroli Link Road. If you know Vikhroli West, you know how busy that road gets during the rush hour. It’s constant noise and cars honking, but once you step inside the complex, it’s a bit different. Mini Melts is where we spend our hours. It’s a small space, really. We don't need a massive warehouse to do what we do. Mostly, it’s about managing the stock and making sure the freezers are running right. If the power goes out, we have a bit of a panic, but that’s just part of the life here in Mumbai. I’ve been working at this 11 Vikhroli Link Road spot for a while now. You see a lot of the same faces coming through the complex—people working in the other offices or locals just passing through. The floors are a bit worn down in the hallways, but our little corner is kept clean. We spend a lot of time on the phone or just checking the boxes as they come in. It’s not glamorous work, but it’s steady. Sometimes the rain pours down so hard we can barely see the road outside, and we just sit back and wait it out. It’s just us here, trying to keep things moving along in this busy part of the city. No big speeches, just daily work and keeping the equipment running.
