Our little office is over here in Andheri West, right on Ranip Road. We are at number 132. It’s a good spot because we are quite close to Infinity Mall. You can usually see the mall traffic from the corner. We spend our days helping people find places to live or sell their old spots. It’s a lot of running around, honestly. Andheri is always moving, and we are right in the middle of it. Sometimes people drop by just to ask about prices in the neighborhood. We don’t mind. We have a few plastic chairs for visitors and a desk that’s seen better days. The phone rings a lot, mostly people looking for rentals or wanting to know if a specific building is good. We’ve seen the whole area change over the years. New buildings go up where there used to be small houses. We try to keep track of it all, but it’s a lot. We don’t have a big corporate team or anything. It’s just us. We know the local shops and the guys who run the tea stall nearby. If you’re walking toward the mall from Ranip Road, you’ll likely pass us. We usually keep the door open unless it’s too dusty outside. It's a simple business, really. We just try to be honest with folks about what they’re getting into when they buy or rent. It is mostly just about knowing the local streets and who is selling what.
