Midas Real Estate

Midas Real Estate is located in the B2 section of the Jivan Jyot Building. We have been in Khar West for a while, specifically on 14th Road. It is a decent spot to be, though parking around here can be a real headache some afternoons. Our office isn't anything spectacular to look at, just a place where we keep our files and meet folks who are looking for a place to stay or sell. We spend a lot of time on the phone or walking around the neighborhood checking out different properties. The walls in the Jivan Jyot Building are a bit thin, so we can hear the neighbors sometimes, but it’s a friendly enough atmosphere. We deal with a lot of paperwork, which seems to never end. Sometimes the coffee machine breaks down and we have to go out to the local stall nearby. That is usually when we hear the best gossip about which buildings are going up or coming down. We just try to keep track of what is happening in the local market so we can give people a straight answer when they ask. It is mostly just about knowing the streets and who owns what. We have lived around here for years, so we know the shortcuts and which blocks get flooded when it rains. It is just a normal office job in a busy part of town.
