We are over in Kandivali West, specifically at Jaymangal Apartment in Gandhi Nagar, Charkop. The address is 5 Dukirkline if you are looking for the exact spot. It’s a busy part of town and we’ve been working out of this apartment building for a while now. Mostly, we help people find apartments or small commercial spaces in the Charkop area. It is a bit of a maze around here if you aren't used to it, but we know these streets very well. We aren't into big sales pitches or anything like that. Usually, someone just walks in because they saw our sign or heard about us from a neighbor. We spend a lot of time talking to building secretaries and checking on new constructions. It’s mostly just showing people around and explaining where the water lines are or how the parking works in each building. Some days are just filled with phone calls that don't really go anywhere, but that's part of the job. We keep our records in the office and try to stay organized, even when things get hectic with multiple clients. Dealing with property in Kandivali takes a lot of patience because of the traffic and the legal paperwork involved. We just do our bit every day. It’s a decent living and we like meeting the different people who move into the apartment complex. There is always something new to learn about the area.
