MERAAS REALTY LLP is located over in Nana Peth, right on Laxmi Road in the Khurshid Complex. If you know Pune, you know how crowded Laxmi Road gets, especially during the festive seasons. Our office is at Flat 406. It’s a busy part of town, and we’re right in the middle of all that noise and energy. We spend most of our time dealing with property matters in and around this area. It’s not a quiet job, that’s for sure. There’s always someone coming in or a phone ringing about some shop or apartment. We’ve been here long enough to know the shortcuts through the narrow lanes. The office itself is functional, nothing too flashy. We have our files, our computers, and a lot of tea to keep us going. Working in Nana Peth means you see a bit of everything. We don't use big words or try to act like we're some huge multinational. We’re just a small group of people who understand the local real estate market here. It can be a bit chaotic sometimes with the traffic outside, but we like it. Most of our day is spent talking to neighbors or checking out sites in the heat. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until evening. We’ve got a handle on how things move in this part of the city, and we just take each day as it comes.
