Melting Munch

We set up shop at Meher Premises on Ranade Roda, right over in Dadar West near Shivaji Park 6. If you know Dadar, you know how hectic it gets around here. There are people everywhere at all hours. Our little spot is right in the middle of that rush. We handle a lot of quick orders throughout the day. The kitchen is small, so we have to be organized or everything becomes a mess. It is mostly just a few of us behind the counter. We do not have much room for sitting down, so a lot of people just grab their food and head over towards the park. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the door squeaks a bit when it is humid out. We just try to keep the food hot and the service fast. It is a very local vibe. We see the same faces every morning and evening. Some people have been coming here since we first opened the doors. We do not spend money on advertising or fancy decorations. We just put the menu on the wall and get to work. It gets loud with the traffic outside, but you get used to it after a week. It is an honest way to make a living in a busy part of the city. We keep the counters wiped down and the supplies stocked. That is about all there is to it.
