We are located in Room 411 on the 4th floor of the Apnagh building in Andheri East. It is near the Sai Baba Temple on Mysore Road. Being a consultant in this area is interesting because Andheri East is such a mix of everything. We handle a lot of property questions and help people figure out their real estate options. The office is tucked away in the building, so it is a bit quieter than the street outside. Most of our day involves making calls, checking listings, and meeting with people who need advice on their land or buildings. It is a busy part of town, so getting around takes some patience. We've been working from this room for a while, and the walls are covered with maps and notes. It isn't a fancy setup with leather chairs or anything like that. We just have our desks, some files, and a lot of local knowledge. People come to us because they want to know what the market is doing without all the complicated talk. We explain things simply and tell them what we know. Sometimes we have to go out and look at sites ourselves, which gets tiring in the heat. But it is the only way to really know what you are talking about. We just take it day by day and try to help folks find what they are looking for without making any big promises.
