Our office is in Sunshine Height, specifically unit A401 on the 4th floor. We are located at plot 243 on P L Kale Guruji Marg in Dadar West. Dadar is always moving, and our street is no different. You have people going to work, vendors selling things, and a lot of cars. We have been working out of this spot for a bit now. The building is called Sunshine Height, though on cloudy days it doesn't quite live up to the name. We handle estate matters for the local community. It’s a straightforward business. We have some filing cabinets that have seen better days and a few computers that we rely on. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. Usually, it’s just one of us answering the phone and another one out on the field. We like the Dadar area because it feels like the middle of everything in Mumbai. You can get anywhere from here. The office is a bit plain, but it serves its purpose. We don't go for anything flashy. We just sit down, look at the property papers, and try to help people figure out their next move. It’s honest work and we’ve gotten to know a lot of the residents in the nearby buildings over time.
