Md Razique Hussain

I am Md Razique Hussain and I have been working here in Dharavi for quite some time now. You can find me over at room number 171 in Madni Estate. It is on LBS Marg, right in the Belnegam Chawl area. Most people around here know the spot because it is very close to the Dharavi Hospital. It is a busy part of the neighborhood but that is just how it is. I started this because I needed something steady and it grew from there. The space isn't huge or fancy but it gets the job done and we are here most days. Living and working in this part of Mumbai means things are always moving fast. The chawl has its own rhythm and we are just a part of that daily life. We deal with people from the local area mostly. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded out on the street with all the traffic on LBS Marg but once you get inside it is fine. It is just me and some help sometimes. We do what we can with what we have. If you are walking past the hospital you will see the turn for the estate. I have been in this same spot for a while and don't plan on moving anywhere else soon. It is a simple setup really. No big signs or anything like that. Just look for room 171 and someone will be around to help you out with whatever you need.
