Mazda Speciality Machine Systems

We are up on the 8th floor of Dalamal Towers in Nariman Point. It’s a bit of a different vibe compared to a factory floor, but Mazda Speciality Machine Systems is still very much about the technical side of things. The office at 814 is where we handle the drawings, the orders, and all the phone calls that keep the business running. You can see a bit of the city from the windows, but most of us are too busy looking at screens or stacks of technical manuals to notice. It’s an older building, so the elevators can be a bit slow during the lunch rush when everyone is heading out. We don't have those modern open-plan offices with bean bags. It’s just desks, filing cabinets, and a lot of coffee cups. We spend a lot of time talking to clients on the phone and trying to explain how the machine systems work. Sometimes things get a bit stressful when a deadline is approaching, but we’ve been doing this long enough to stay calm. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of employees. It's a small, dedicated team here in South Mumbai. We take our work seriously but we don't feel the need to dress it up in fancy talk. After the day is done, we usually just lock up and head to the station like everyone else. It's a steady job and we like the people we work with. There isn't much more to it than that for us.
