So, Matra Realty Ltd. is located over in Santacruz West. Specifically, we are at number one, Archana, which is right behind Laxmi Villa on Tagore Road. If you know the area, you know Tagore Road can get pretty packed during the day. Our office is on Plot 45-45A. It’s a decent spot in Mumbai, even if the parking can be a real headache sometimes. We’ve been operating from here for a while, dealing with various property and real estate matters that come through the door. It’s mostly just a few of us sitting at our desks, taking calls and looking over site plans. The building itself has been here for years, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. Behind Laxmi Villa is a bit quieter than the main road, which is nice when we’re trying to focus on contracts or talking to people about where they want to live. We don't have a big shiny lobby or anything like that. It's just a regular office with plenty of paper and some old computers. We spend a lot of time out and about too, looking at different spots around Mumbai, but this is where we come back to do the actual office work. It’s a practical setup for us. We just handle the day-to-day reality of the property market here, which is always moving. Some days are slow, but most are just busy with the usual local business stuff that needs sorting out before we head home.
