Our little office is Shop No 26 inside the Vasant Smruti building in Tha Kandivali East. It is one of those spots that stays pretty busy because of the neighborhood. Being in Tha Kandivali East means there is always someone looking for something or just asking questions about the local area. At Mathi Estate Agency, we just spend our time keeping track of what is going on around here. The shop isn't huge, but it fits what we need. We have been here at Vasant Smruti for a bit, and we know the other shop owners around us quite well. It is a nice community feeling. We don't spend money on big signs or anything like that. Most people find us because they live nearby or they saw the shop while walking to the station. We like it that way. It keeps things grounded. Dealing with property stuff can be a headache, so we try to just stay calm and handle one thing at a time. It gets hot in the afternoons, so we usually have the fan going full blast. If you ever find yourself near Vasant Smruti, that is where we are. Just look for shop 26. We are usually there from morning until the evening, just doing our daily routine. It's a plain office, but it works for us and the people who come to see us. We have a few old chairs for guests.
