Master Tools (India)

Master Tools (India) is over here in Mumbai at the Nandjyot Industrial Estate. We’ve been at this spot on Kurla Andheri Road for a good while now. It’s a busy area near Safed Pool, so there’s always something going on outside our door. Our shop is in the D-8/A-12 section. We handle a lot of different tool orders for people who come by or call us up. The workspace isn't fancy, just a regular place where we get the job done every day. Sometimes it gets a bit loud with all the traffic and work nearby, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. Most of us here have been working with these machines for years. We aren't trying to be the biggest company, just a place that stays open and does the work. If you walk past the industrial estate, you’ll probably see our sign. We keep our shelves stocked with what people usually need. It's a straightforward setup. No big offices or anything like that, just the workshop and the desk where we take orders. We try to keep things organized, though it gets messy when we are busy with a big batch of tools. It’s a small team here, so everyone knows everyone. We just focus on making sure the tools are ready before they leave the estate. That's pretty much what we do day in and day out. It is just a normal shop.
