We operate out of the Eastern Chamber on Poona Street in Danabunder. Our spot is on the fourth floor, specifically unit 32. It’s an older part of Mumbai, and you can really feel the history of the Danabunder area when you walk around here. We focus on realty work, often looking toward the Navi Mumbai side of things even though our base is here. The office is usually a bit cluttered with papers and files because there is always something to track. We don’t really go for that polished corporate look. We just need a place to sit and get the work done. A lot of our time is spent communicating between different parties and making sure the details of a deal are actually correct. It’s not always exciting, but it’s necessary. Poona Street can get quite crowded with all the trade and movement happening nearby, so it’s always lively. We have a small team here. Most of us have been in the real estate world for a long time. We’ve seen the way the city has expanded across the harbor. We just try to keep our heads down and handle the tasks as they come in. No big promises or fancy talk. It’s just about managing properties and helping people navigate the local system. If you need us, we’re usually at our desks working through the afternoon pile of folders.
