Mascot Estate Agency

You can find Mascot Estate Agency at Shop No 50 on the ground floor. We are right in Vile Parle West, pretty close to the railway crossing. You can hear the trains going by all day, which you get used to after a while. It is a small shop but it works for what we do. We spend our time looking at properties and talking to people who want to move or sell. The real estate market around here is always moving, so there is usually something to talk about. Sometimes the shop gets a bit crowded when a few people stop in at once. We don't have those big shiny signs or anything. Just the name on the door and some listings in the window. It is a local business and we know the streets around here pretty well. Being near the railway crossing makes it easy for people to find us when they are out running errands. We help out with paperwork and show people around different flats or shops. It is a lot of walking and talking. Some days we find exactly what someone wants, and other days nothing seems to fit. That is just how the agency business goes. We don't make big promises. We just look at what is available and tell people the truth about it. Usually, we are around from morning until late evening if you want to chat.
