Maruti Housing Agency is tucked into Shop No 3B inside the Shraddha Building. If you're in Kandivali East, you might have seen us near the Surbhi Hotel. It’s a well-known landmark, so people don’t usually have trouble finding us. We operate out of a small shop space, which keeps us close to the street and the people walking by. Real estate in Kandivali keeps us on our toes most of the time. There's always someone looking to rent or buy something in this part of the city. We aren't part of some massive chain or anything like that. We’re just local people working in a local building. The office can get a bit crowded when a few clients come in at once, but we manage. We’ve been at this for a while now, sitting behind our desks and making phone calls. Sometimes the tea stall nearby is where we end up having most of our meetings. It's just how things work here. We don't use big words or fancy presentations. We just show people what’s available and help them with the forms. Being near Surbhi Hotel means there's always activity around, which is nice. We like the energy of the neighborhood. It's a basic operation, but we take the work seriously and try to be helpful to whoever stops by the shop at Shraddha Building. We just like doing our jobs right and keeping things simple for everyone involved.
