Maroosh

Maroosh is located right in Phoenix Market City in Kurla West. If you have ever been to Anand Nagar or driven down LBS Road, you know how hectic it gets around here. Being in the mall means there is never really a dull moment. We get a mix of families out for the weekend and people working in the nearby offices grabbing a quick bite during their break. The kitchen is quite compact, so we have to stay organized. It is a lot of standing on our feet all day, but we are used to it. Sometimes the mall is freezing because of the central AC, and other times it is so crowded you can barely move through the halls. We have been here for a while now, serving the same kind of food people have come to expect from us. It is fast, it is simple, and we try to get it right every time. Of course, things go wrong occasionally. Maybe the pita bread isn't as soft as we wanted or the line gets too long, but we just keep moving. We do not have a big philosophy or anything like that. We just provide food to people who are hungry while they are shopping or passing through Kurla. It is a busy spot, and we like the energy of the mall. We see a lot of regulars who work in the shops nearby. They usually want the same thing every time, and we try to have it ready for them quickly so they can get back to work.
