Mark Estate Agency is located right in the Lokhandwala Complex in Andheri West. We’re pretty close to the Sagar Shopping Centre, so there’s always a lot of people moving around outside. It’s a very busy part of Mumbai, as anyone who lives here knows. We’ve been working out of this area for a while, and we mostly deal with the apartments and shops nearby. Our office is a bit small and sometimes crowded with files, but it’s where we get everything done. We don't try to act like those big firms with hundred-page brochures. We just know the buildings in Lokhandwala and who is selling or renting. Most of our day is spent answering the phone or walking over to show someone a flat. It’s a lot of back and forth, and sometimes the traffic makes it a bit of a headache, but that’s just Andheri for you. We don't promise anything we can't deliver. If a place is too expensive or has issues, we usually just say so. People seem to appreciate that more than a slick sales talk. We’re just regular folks trying to make a living by helping others find a place to stay. It’s not always easy, but we’ve been at it long enough to know how to handle the local quirks. You can usually find us around the office if you need to ask something.
