Marios Pizzas

Marios Pizzas is located on Dsilva Road, right near the Kabutarkhana and the Hirannadini Complex in Sakinaka. It is a very busy part of Mumbai, 400072. Our shop is small and usually smells like toasted flour and cheese. We have been making pizzas here for the local crowd for a good bit of time now. It is a loud neighborhood with lots of traffic and people constantly walking to the nearby station. Inside the shop, it gets quite warm from the ovens running all day. We don't have much seating inside, so many people just take their food to go or wait outside on the sidewalk for their order. We spend the whole day stretching out dough and chopping up vegetables. It is a lot of repetitive work, but we are used to the rhythm of the kitchen. Sometimes the delivery bikes are parked all over the front and we have to go out and clear a path for the customers. Sakinaka is the kind of place that never really stops, so we stay open quite late most nights. We don't have any fancy chefs, just regular people who have learned how to make a decent pizza over the years. The cheese comes in big blocks and we have to grate it by hand every morning. It is a simple operation. We don't use any complicated apps for our work, just a phone and a notepad.
