MANTRAN REALTY ADVISORY LLP

Mantran Realty Advisory LLP is located in Wadala. Our office is in the Shram Seva Premises Co-op Soc Ltd. We are in Building J2, Wing C, on the first floor, Room C 162. Plot 8 PT is the general area. Wadala has a lot of these cooperative society buildings, and it's a very grounded neighborhood. We aren't some big agency in a skyscraper. We work from a regular office block where other small businesses are also located. It’s a bit of a walk to get to Wing C sometimes, but it's quiet once you are inside. We handle property advice and real estate tasks for the local community. Most of our day is spent talking to people about the changing rates in Wadala or helping them understand a contract. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy speeches. It is just us in C 162. People find us through word of mouth or by just seeing our name on the board downstairs. The office is filled with files and maps of the local plots. It is honest work and we take it as it comes. Some days are slow and we just drink tea and organize the paperwork. Other days, it’s back-to-back meetings. We just try to keep things moving and help folks find what they are looking for in this part of town. That’s about it for our setup.
