Manjula Estate Consultancy is located at Flat No 604, B Wing, in the Om Building. We are right in Santacruz East, just opposite Manekbaug Hall and very close to the Dhobi Ghat. Our office is actually inside a residential building, so it feels very much like a part of the local neighborhood. We do not have a big storefront or neon signs. We spend our days helping people figure out property stuff in this part of town. Santacruz East is a busy place with a lot of people moving in and out. We spend a lot of time walking around to look at different flats or talking to landlords. It is not a fancy corporate job. We do not wear suits every day or give polished presentations. We just tell people what the market is like and what we have seen lately. Sometimes we are out of the office for hours showing people around, so the flat might be quiet then. The area near the Dhobi Ghat is always lively, and there is always something to see out the window. We know these streets well because we live and work right here. Most of our clients are people from the neighborhood or friends of friends. We do not believe in using hard sell tactics. We just provide the information and let people make up their own minds.
