Manisha Machinery Pvt. Ltd. is out in Vasai Road East. You can find us at Unit No. 16 in the Vora Industrial Estate No. 2. It’s a bit of a trek from the main city, but it’s where all the space is. We handle different types of machinery. The unit is big and has high ceilings, but it’s still packed with equipment. There is always a smell of grease and metal in the air. We spend our days moving heavy machines around with a small crane. It’s hard work and the floor is always a bit slippery. We aren't a corporate office with fancy suits. Most of us wear work shirts and heavy boots. Navghar is a busy area with a lot of small factories like ours. We’ve been part of this community for quite some time. We don't use big words or fancy slogans. We just show people how the machines work and make sure they’re loaded onto the trucks correctly. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to sit around and wait, but that’s just life in the estate. We keep a fridge in the corner for cold water and that’s about as fancy as it gets. It’s a practical business run by people who know their equipment. We just take it one day at a time and get things done. There is no polish here, just hard work and the sound of machines being loaded and unloaded.
