Manish Real Estate

Our office is located over in B 22, Michi Society. We’re right here in Shiv Sristi in Kurla East. It's a busy part of town and we’ve been part of the community for a good bit of time. Manish Real Estate isn't a huge corporation or anything like that. It's just us handling the paperwork and talking to people who come by. The society is usually quite lively, so there's always something going on outside our windows. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at files. It gets a bit cluttered sometimes with all the documents, but we know where everything is. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything, just a few chairs and a desk where we sit. Most of our day is spent dealing with the local property stuff around Kurla. It can be a bit of a headache sometimes with all the rules and regulations, but that's just how it goes in this line of work. We know the neighbors and the other shopkeepers around here pretty well. It’s a tight space but it suits us fine for what we do. We usually start early and stay until the work is finished.
